Can I use my booking fee towards another session?

Yes! It can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. The client MUST request a future date within 30 days or you will forfeit the credit and will have to restart the booking process. See Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Are sessions refundable?

A non-refundable booking fee is required to hold the date for your session; it also serves as a cancellation fee.

If the client cancels their session 72 hours after booking, all monies paid will be non-refundable. However, it can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. The client MUST request a future date within 30 days or you will forfeit the credit and will have to restart the booking process.

For weddings and photobooth, if the client cancels their event 30 days after booking, all monies paid will be non-refundable. However, it can be credited towards a future session or event upon the photographers approval; the client MUST request a future date within 30 days or you will forfeit the credit and will have to restart the booking process. If the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change as long as the new date is available. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

What is your turn around time?

For general sessions, the turnaround time is two weeks or less. For weddings, it can take up to a month because of the amount of images taken during the event.

Do you edit all of the images?

Yes! I edit all images that appear in your gallery!

How long is the session?

Sessions are 1 hour.

How many outfit changes can I do?

You have up to 2 outfit changes.

Do you have a studio?

I use the studio rental option where I search for a studio in or close to your location.

Will there be a second shooter?

I use a male second shooter; by request, for my wedding service to capture the groom and groomsmen.

Do you offer gift cards?

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Please inform me at least 48 hours early if you would like to extend your session.

Do you have a list of locations?

Yes! Message me for further information!

Do you have props?

I do have props! Please message me to discuss further.

Do you offer videography?

No, not at this time. I have recommendations for you! Message me for further information!

Do I have to order prints through you?

No! You have the option to order prints within your gallery, but if you decide not to, you can download your images to have them printed at a location of your choice!

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Yes! Message me with the details of your destination wedding!

Can you edit another photographer's images?

It is illegal to alter another photographer's images without permission and is considered copyright infringement. To legally protect the integrity and standards of Brandi Myers Photography and Design, LLC., I do not offer this service.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY


BOOKING:

For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable booking fee is required to hold the date for your session; it also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. 


To reschedule, the client MUST call at least 48 hours prior to the date of their session to request another available date and time.


For wedding and photobooth packages; a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to hold the date for your session; it also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance may be broken up into multiple payments and is due 30 days before the date of the wedding.


To reschedule, the client MUST call at least 2 months prior to the date of their event to request another available date and time.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If Brandi Myers Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return all monies paid after the non-refundable booking fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. There will be alternatives recommended to replace my service. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
