Can I use my booking fee towards another session?
Yes! You have 30 days to use the booking fee towards another session if there are any issues with your previous scheduled session!
Are sessions refundable?
Sessions are non-refundable. You can use what has been paid towards another session! You have 30 days to choose another session date.
What is your turn around time?
For general sessions, the turnaround time is two weeks or less. For weddings, it can take up to a month because of the amount of images taken during the event.
Do you edit all of the images?
Yes! I edit all images that appear in your gallery!
How long is the session?
Sessions are 1 hour.
How many outfit changes can I do?
You have up to 2 outfit changes.
Do you have a studio?
Yes! I have an in-home studio.
Will there be a second shooter?
I use a male second shooter for my wedding service to capture the groom and groomsmen.
Do you offer gift cards?

Can I extend the session on the day of?
Please inform me 48 hours earlier if you would like to extend your session.
Do you have a list of locations?

Do you offer videography?
No, not at this time. I have recommendations for you! Message me for further information!
Do I have to order prints through you?
No! You are able to order prints within your gallery, but if you decide not to, you can download your images to have them printed at a location of your choice!
Do you shoot destination weddings?

What kind of gear do you use?
I shoot with the Canon 5D Mark III
Can you edit another photographer's images?
It is illegal to alter another photographer's images without permission and is considered copyright infringement. To legally protect the integrity and standards of Brandi Myers Photography and Design, LLC., I do not offer this service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
BOOKING:
For all portrait sessions; a non-fundable session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
For wedding packages; a retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days before the date of the wedding. you can break this up into multiple payments however you see fit.
PAYMENT: All sessions and packages (plus taxes) can be paid via cash or Visa or MasterCard.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For all sessions, client forfeits their session retainer paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client rescheduled the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be sent in writing, by mail or e-mail. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.
If Brandi Myers Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
